About Tara
Tara Parker Tait helps leaders and teams grow with emotional intelligence, deepen self-awareness, and master conscious communication—with compassion at the core. Known for her warmth, curiosity, and grounded presence, Tara partners with individuals and organizations to navigate growth, strengthen team dynamics, and lead with clarity and confidence.
Tara most recently led coaching and well-being at 3fold Partners, a leadership and development firm serving clients in transportation, tech, finance, and retail. Her coaching consistently ranked as the top-rated element of 3fold’s leadership programs.
Before joining 3fold, Tara worked in Los Angeles with Gwyneth Paltrow, founder of lifestyle and wellness brand Goop, where she coached a team of 250 employees, led a successful audit of the company’s culture and core values, and launched an internal employee well-being program.
Tara also co-founded and sold a tech editorial business and led a thriving public relations and marketing firm, working with global brands like Nike, Gap Inc., Hugo Boss, Cartier, The Ritz-Carlton, Brooks Brothers, and Loblaws. Her extensive business experience gives her a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to provide strategic insights across diverse industries.
Tara is an EQ-i 2.0®/EQ 360® Certified Practitioner and an emotional intelligence and mindfulness expert.
